Len Mackey, an ISSA certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, has been studying and teaching yoga, fitness, and dance since 1999. He is the founder of Feral Human Fitness, and locally, works most often with Clarkson University Fitness Center, and St. Lawrence University’s athletics teams, fac/staff, and students. Len also feels honored to have been a faculty teaching artist for the American Collegiate Dance Assoc., hosted by SUNY Potsdam Theater and Dance Dept., for multiple regional events.
