Moving as an animal moves creates incredible changes in our human physiology.  A combination of natural and ninjutsu based movement work to unite the synergistic muscle groups of your body to the Earth, and your surroundings. These exercises develop proximal stability and distal mobility, proprioception, muscular endurance, strength and flexibility. The goal is to move with joy, control and ease, allowing for fluid transitions from low to high levels, explosive power, a soft, quiet and supple grace, and to roll or fall without injury.
