Winter Tracking

Our brains have naturally evolved to read the oldest of Earthen languages; the marks left on stone, leaf and snow by the animals, the winds, the water, the sun. Their life stories are written in their tracks and revealed by their instrumental play upon the landscape. Tracking is Awareness. Learn to see the disturbance to baseline, and piece together “What happened here?” through clear print id., gait studies, trailing, sign tracking, and interpretation.

*For all winter classes, be prepared to be outside moving for the entire day. Have many interchangeable layers, extra boots, gloves, etc. And lots of water and high calorie food!
